Electronic Invoices
Electronic invoices (PDF files) must meet the following requirements:
- Each invoice must be attached to the email individually and in a separate file.
- The invoice must be sent to the correct defined email address.
- The invoice must include the order number and the email address of the person who placed the order as “for the attention of”.
Defined email address
There is a corresponding email address for each company code. Here you can find the email address to which the invoice should be sent:
